Q: How Can I Personalize My Groomsman Gift Pack?

A: Each Groomsman Gift Pack Offers the Opportunity to Customize Your Box, & Each Engravable Item Inside! Here's a Video to Help Walk You Through the Process for Each Individual Groomsman! 

1. Select Your Pack
2. Choose Your Ideal Items (If Applicable)
3. Customize Your Box, Box Color, Box Strap, Cover Design, & Groomsman's Name
4. Add a Message to Your Card

Q: How do I order a few of the same groomsmen gifts and enter different personalizations on each of them?

After you select the desired colors of your internal box items and click 'Add to Cart' on your one groomsman's gift, you can go to your cart to ensure all your details are correct. Then, simply click the "Add to Cart & Personalize" button on the same product and add another customization. Be sure to check your final cart to ensure all your items are correct! If you mess something up, don't worry, we are just a couple of guys who you can reach quickly and easily through our customer service, and we will fix it for you! 

Q: How long does my order take to ship?

A: We will assemble and customize your order, and your item will usually ship within 24-48 hours, but please allow up to 7 days for some packages to be assembled & built. All Shipping & Personalization is FREE. Once the order is shipped, please allow up to 7 days for your full order to be delivered.

Q: When Should I Order My Groomsmen's Gifts?

You should order your gifts somewhere around 4 weeks before your intended date of giving them to your groomsman. Some guys like to use a gift when asking their buddy to be their groomsman (groomsman proposal), some choose to give their gift at the bachelor party or stag, and some guys wait until the rehearsal dinner to give out gifts. Give yourself a few weeks in any case to allow time for customization and shipping.
